House is perfectly located close to Brock and Niagara glendale campus (bus at brock also takes you to welland campus) the pen center, grocerie store, movie theater, bank, timmies, ect... buses 122, 123, 4, 21, tupper are just minutes away. Price includes everything (laundry, wireless internet, cable, hydro, ect...) Room is in a basement, has its own entrance through the back of the house, there is a living area, dining area, bathroom and kitchen that are shared with 2 other girls.
